Public office building

This public office building is the extention of the "Ministerio de Trabajohe" for the Central Spanish Administration. The program developped 7500 m2 of open spaces and meeting rooms. The public have access to the ground floor and the first floor. The situation is an amazing place in front of the medieval wall around the city of Cadix.Archaeological traces from this period are present on the site,and determines the implementation and stratification strategy of the new building. A second building will be on construction later. The project proposed an ambition sustainable strategy and a low carbon construction.
