The Pré-Nouvel Dwellings

The construction of 9 housing units in Seyssins (grenoble) is part of the urban project of Pré-Nouvel district, a hilly landscape bordered by the Comboire forest, along a mountain river. On the edge of the park these apartments, a set of two series of 4 and 5 unit patioed dwellings fit into the slope on a former artificial hillock adapting precisely to this topography informing the typological organization, integrating parking for future residents. The tectonic inscription of this building resonates with the large mountain landscape that circumscribes this exceptional site.
