Ballon Lille

The Ballon Urban project is connected to the new Lille Railway Station.The project developped a program of offices, housings, the new Skema Business School, an art gallery,and facilties ( 100 000 m2). The project organize the connection between EuraLille Metropolitain district and the local city of La Madeleine.The project developped a transversal landscape strategy between the Garden of the Giants and the Lille East Cemetery.
